Pricing Policy
We offer a multi-tiered pricing structure based on sales volume as follow: (No minimum order size.)

You may also submit the Credit Application form for review and approval. Terms may be available with approved credit.

Shipping Policy
Part of our excellent service package is our promise to ship out orders as quickly as possible. All orders received prior to 4pm CST will ship out the same day. To help us deliver our products to our customers with ease and trust, we alternate between using United States Parcel Service (USPS), UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, and DHL Ground. The choice of carriers depends on the size and weight of the order.
An e-mail from InkCube will be sent to the customer with notification of shipment of the order. Delivery confirmation and tracking numbers will be included in the e-mail so that you may have real time tracking of your package.
We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO addresses and international countries.
InkCube reserves the right to charge additional fees for orders with special requests for rush service. Our sales representative will contact you prior to shipment should this incident occur.

Billing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks, Bank Transfers and PayPal payments. InkCube verifies all billing information provided by the customer. Please enter all information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed for 48 to 72 business hours for further verification.
InkCube will charge sales tax for all orders delivered to Iowa (IA) addresses. Please fax a copy of your Resale Certificate & Seller's Permit for tax exemption. Please indicate your order # on the sheet you fax to us.InkCube reserves the right to cancel any order.
Visa and MasterCard
Please use our checkout system to make payments. Our system is encrypted and protected by industry standard Secure Sockets Layer Encryption technology (SSL Encryption).
Checks
We recommend sending your payments with signature confirmation. We do not guarantee next day shipping due to verification purposes. Verification could take from 48 - 72 hours.
Paypal
Please send all Paypal payment to sales@inkcube.com. InkCube will only ship to Paypal accounts with confirmed shipping address. Items paid by eCheck will be shipped after payment is cleared.
Return Policy
At InkCube we believe in the spirit of service above all else. All our items carry a one-year warranty. To better serve our customers, our customer support will respond to your needs as quickly as possible. In the event that the item(s) you received is defective, please follow our simple steps to return them:
1 Contact sales@inkcube.com to obtain an RMA number. Please include purchase information such as order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
2 We will ship you a new replacement together with a pre-paid postage label at no extra charge. You may use the label to return the defective item.
3 Please send the defective item back to us within 14 days. Failure to do so would result in a charge for the advanced replacement item.
* InkCube will assess 15% restocking fee to cover administrative costs for all returns resulting from customer's error.
